in stitches: birthday frock

A bit of shush descended on my home this afternoon. As my littlest one slept, I had just the whirr of the sewing machine to keep my mind occupied. I turned out a little dress for a little miss turning one on Sunday. My little nearly-one-year-old.

A vintage sheet and a made-up-as-I-go-along pattern.

So looking forward to our little vintage tea party on the weekend. Our lovely family and friends, triangle sandwiches and cups of tea.
